SM Foundation provided medical supplies and personal protective equipment to more hospitals in the Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon (CALABARZON) region to help health professionals in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

The hospitals that received these supplies were Mary Mediatrix Medical Center in Lipa City, Batangas, Perpetual Help Medical Center in Biñan City, Laguna and Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital in Bacoor, Cavite.

The supplies form part of the PHP170 million previously pledged by SM to aid medical institutions and the government in their collective efforts to contain COVID-19.
