Kiana Valenciano has dropped her latest single titled “No Rush,” a funky R&B track that she recorded with Filipino-Australian R&B/hip-hop artist and producer, Billy Davis.

Produced under ABS-CBN Music’s Tarsier Records, the song boasts of sensual guitars and Billy’s pulsating beats, complementing Kiana’s voice. It talks about trusting the natural course of a relationship.

“Often times couples get into arguments because of insecurities and pressure and I wrote this thinking about how sometimes you just have to reassure your partner that you’re on the same page and there’s no need to rush the natural flow of the relationship,” Kiana shared on the inspiration behind “No Rush.”

Billy, on the other hand, says the song is one of his favorite creations. “I’m half-Filipino so I’ve always had a big interest in everything going on back home, especially music created… The bass line [of “No Rush”] especially is one of my favorite things. I see the tune banging out in Asia, Australia and really pumping in UK/Europe.”

Kiana’s newest record follows the success of her single “Hide My Love,” which landed her on the top spot of Spotify’s New Music Friday Philippines, as well as placements on 21 other New Music Friday mixes worldwide when it was released last December.

She will soon release another bop, as she just finished recording with another top-notch producer HARV from Los Angeles, California.

“No Rush” is another exciting addition to Kiana’s yet-to-be-named EP, in continuation of ABS-CBN’s commitment to introduce the unique artistry of Filipino talents to the global music stage.

Keep it slow and steady by listening to Kiana and Billy’s collaboration, “No Rush” on all digital music streaming platforms.
