Singers Jex De Castro, Julius Cawaling, Mark Michael Garcia, and Sofronio Vasquez III are throwing one vocal knockout punch after another in the battle royale that is the “Tawag ng Tanghalan All-Star Grand Resbak” grand finals on “It’s Showtime,” which crowns its grand champion this week.

Landing in the finale after over a month of competing with their fellow “TNT” contenders, the four balladeers are fighting to become the strongest “resbaker” to be named the grand champion on Saturday (December 21) and win P300,000 and a management contract.

Fan favorite Jex, who comes from Year 1 and served as the captain of Team Sinag, delivered some of the edition’s trending performances and clinched numerous stints in the seat of power.

A Year 3 grand finalist, Julius believes that now is the perfect time for him to cap off his “Tawag ng Tanghalan” journey with a victory, after trying out for the competition several times.

His story is similar to that of Mark Michael, a Year 2 grand finalist and former dancer determined to prove his place in the music industry by snagging the championship.

Also a Year 2 grand finalist, Sofronio has only been singing professionally for two years after he discovered and nurtured his voice when he joined “Tawag ng Tanghalan.”

Which of the grand resbakers will come out triumphant? Whose star will shine the brightest?

“Tawag ng Tanghalan All-Star Grand Resbak” is part of “It’s Showtime’s” year-long tenth anniversary celebration.
