BINI won the ‘International New Artist Song Award’ out of eight nominated global artists in Brazil’s BreakTudo Awards 2023. The official announcement was streamed via its official YouTube channel on November 16.

This eight-member girl group is under ABS-CBN Star Magic entertainment and management; they have since kept their songs primarily in line with the bubblegum pop genre, similar to K-pop girl groups TWICE and IVE.

Their song ‘I Feel Good’ won the award category, and during the live stream, BINI performed their winning song with matching blue and green outfits similar to BreakTudo’s colors.

BINI’s fandom ‘Blooms’ were thrilled with the results: “Sulit ang puyat at halos araw-araw na pangungulit sa blooms para bumoto hehe. Matsala sa lahat ng tumulong. Congrats, best girls! Deserve niyo yan,” one netizen commented.

Some Blooms were surprised by the announcement of Star Music: “Omg! This is now legit. Congrats, best girls! Congratulations, Bini,” another netizen commented.

In BINI’s recorded acceptance speech, the girls also thanked their fans for supporting their music since 2020; they also wished to perform in Brazil soon to meet their international fans.

The award is truly something to be celebrated, as BINI won alongside famous and well-known artists such as Jimin of BTS, TWICE, and their fellow P-pop group SB19.

BINI deserves to say ‘I Feel Good’ after achieving a new milestone. Truly Filipina women together make not only good harmony and music but also beautiful synchronous talent.
