Lian Kyla Brings Back The Beloved Christmas Tune “Sana Ngayong Pasko”

Talented singer-songwriter Lian Kyla echoes one’s wish to spend Christmas with loved ones as she adds her signature to the classic holiday ballad “Sana Ngayong Pasko,” out on music platforms this Friday (November 13).

“I grew up listening to this song and I hope my version will touch people’s hearts this Christmas time,” the Star Music artist shared.

Lian’s rendition, produced by ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo, is part of her 7-track “Lian Kyla Christmas” EP in 2019 and will be released in time for this year’s Christmas celebration.

“Sana Ngayong Pasko” is an OPM classic composed by Jimmy Borja first released in 2000 by Ariel Rivera. It describes the universal desire for a special someone’s affection and presence during the Christmas season and has been given various interpretations by notable Filipino singers, including Sarah Geronimo, Erik Santos, and Lea Salonga.
