American singer-song writer and multi-Grammy awardee, Taylor Swift, channels her 2008 persona as she becomes Fearless in showing her support to Joe Biden for the coming elections.

Taylor Swift posted two photos on her Instagram account- the other one is her shoot with V Magazine, and another portrait of her baking sugar cookies with “BIDEN HARRIS 2020” on them. She explained how and why she chose her candidate in V Magazine, along with other famous personalities like Bella Hadid, Chris Evans, Julianne Moore, Jennifer Lawrence, Jaden Smith, and Mariah Carey.

It has been a shock to everyone, including the international fans when the singer first became politically outspoken in all of her social media platforms in 2018. Throughout her entire decade-long career, she was mum about anything political, and she had always kept her candidate choices private.

In her first political Instagram post on October 2, 2018, she explained what inspired her to finally use her platform, saying, “… In the past I’ve been reluctant to publicly voice my political opinions, but due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now. I always have and always will cast my vote based on which candidate will protect and fight for the human rights I believe we all deserve in this country…”

The ‘Only The Young’ singer then explained that her stance and how she decided to be public about the American government’s ways in her Netflix documentary, “Miss Americana”.

Swift eventually became more active in supporting movements such as the LGTBTQ rights, Black Lives Matter and a lot more as she has been vocal about her criticisms on the Trump administration.
