Balenciaga has always been known for pushing the boundaries in fashion. Well, with the sock shoes and extra oversized coat from before that became part of the “hype beast street style” culture, it’s safe to say that the fashion powerhouse takes pride in creating unusual pieces all in the name of hip and cool.

For one of its newest pieces, its artistic director created a line of fully puffed gowns and according to self-proclaimed fashionistas on Instagram, the line will soon be seen gracing the red carpet of the next Met Gala. It’s pretty enough for princesses yet quirky enough to not be dubbed as boring.

Man Repeller just posted a video on Instagram with the caption, “Now taking notes on which celeb will be wearing one of these @balenciaga gowns at the Met Gala in May.”

And honestly, here where we police the latest drops in fashion, we can’t wait to see this level of puff on our favorite celebrity style icon!
