Age is truly just a number as Bernadette Sembrano introduces Tata Syra Garcia, Coleen Garcia’s 70 year-old grandmother who made waves on the internet because of her boudoir birthday photoshoot, in “Tao Po” this Sunday (June 25) at 6:15 p.m. via Kapamilya Channel and A2Z.

While working out together, Bernadette and Tata Syra talk about topics about ageing gracefully, being true to one’s self, and women empowerment.
