Come the COVID-19 pandemic when the 30-year-old really rose to the occasion with efficiency to the crisis while at the same time, being a humanitarian and emphatic mayor. From the Mobile Palengke to the controversial tricycle incident, Vico is with his constituents.

1. Mayor Bryan Celeste of Alaminos City

First up is Bryan Celeste, who at 23 years old, is the youngest mayor right now.

Celeste graduated at De La Salle University with the degree BS Entrepreneurship.

Once the enhanced community quarantine was implemented, the mayor is among the packers of relief goods and distributes those to many barangays.
