Kapamilya singer Kyla offers an emotive and heartbreaking twist to the hit OPM single “Hanggang Kailan”

The ballad track, which was originally popularized by Michael Pangilinan, tells the story of waiting for someone’s love despite the pain it brings to one’s heart.

Star Pop label head Roque “Rox” Santos penned the lyrics with Cynthia Roque. He also produced the remake together with ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo.

Dubbed as the Queen of R&B, Kyla is known for her vocal range and melismatic singing style that helped in redefining R&B and soul music in the Philippines.

She has several hits under her belt including “Hanggang Ngayon,” “Beautiful Days,” and her rendition of “On The Wings of Love.” Last year, she collaborated with international artist Brian McKnight Jr. for their single “COY (Cuz Of You).”

Listen to Kyla’s heartfelt version of “Hanggang Kailan” available on various music streaming platforms. For more details, follow Star Music on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube.
