Alveo Land is building on its success in the Makati Central Business District (MCBD) with its latest residential property in a park-facing parcel.

Alveo, AyalaLand Inc.’s upscale brand, recently launched Parkford Suites Legazpi, a 35-storey residential tower with an average launch price of PHP55 million per unit.

Parkford Suites Legazpi will rise on the corner of Gamboa and Salcedo Streets in Legazpi Village.

As a prime residential tower, Parkford Suites Legazpi will only have 163 units with seven residences per typical floor. Units are a careful selection of two- and three-bedroom units, with an average area size of 151 sq.m., larger than usual residential spaces in the city.

Alveo also offers upgraded unit layouts and design finishes for this development. There are even special units with park-facing balconies from the living room, and exclusive penthouse units facing the park.

“ParkfordSuites Legazpi is designed to fulfill the market’s need for an exclusive MCBD residence. It offers prime parkside living within a major business district,” Alveo’s Chief Operating Officer Rufino Gutierrez said in a statement.

“Legazpi Village has transformed into an upscale and social community through the years. The new retail and park re-developments in the area create an inviting space for existing and future residents. Parkford Suites Legazpi offers this rare opportunity to be right in the middle of it all,” he said.

Some of Alveo’s successful residential developments in the MCBD include the launch of Senta, now a thriving community also located in Legazpi Village.

There is also Escala Salcedo, which is sold out and has already begun turnover this year. Also sold out is The Gentry Residences along Valero Street, which is currently under construction.

Parkford Suites Legazpi will begin turnover by the end of 2026. (PR)
